Halloween was a bit crazy this year. Our ward planned a chili cook off and trunk or treat on Halloween. Max and Hunter really wanted to trick or treat in the old neighborhood with their friends and Hayden and Maddi both had separate plans. We had a brief stint at the ward party and then headed over to Stillwater Greens where we caught up with the younger group of trick or treaters and had fun knocking on a few doors with them. Halli loved it!!! way more than I thought she would. We have more candy than anyone should ever be allowed to have.

I don't know if you remember me or not. I "grew up" with you & your sister Kimberly in DeRidder for a few years. We moved away when i was 12. Anyways, our parents are very good friends. My mom just got your parents Christmas card & it mentioned their blog...so we googled & found it...and then i found yours from theirs. WOW! I think I just spent about an hour looking back over all your WONDERFUL posts!!! What a fun experience! I found Stephen, by looking for you, on Facebook and asked him to get you on there. He gave me your blog link instead. So be sure and tell him I said THANK YOU! There are a TON of people we went to high school with on facebook, and I thought you would enjoy seeing some of them. But this blog of yours is so wonderful, would you mind if I shared it with old friends? I'm sorry I missed you at Christmas. I had so hoped to at least be able to say a quick hello. As I'm sure you know, getting home and seeing everyone can get a bit chaotic, and time is gone before you know it.
